While we would like to know where things went wrong or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a full refund within 7 days from your date of purchase.

Also, please note that we do our utmost to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, our payment processor or your financial institution may take up to 21 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

Once you’ve requested a refund, you won’t be able to subscribe to our service at any time in the future.
